Batch Normalization Study

Whole batch sample retention control

Tens of thousands of batches are produced and the company stores samples of each batch under normal warehouse conditions after all precautions have been met. If there is any doubt about the quality of the product, samples are always available from the same product lot that is identical to the product being sold. Technicians are able to quickly and thoroughly analyze the product for any inconsistencies during storage.

We use a raw material traceability database to react quickly and identify product batches that may have been affected. Although no hazards have been identified in our products, the ability to react quickly and ensure that any flavors are within their specifications is a unique advantage and gives peace of mind to all our customers and ourselves.

Zero cross contamination program

Various internal procedures are always strictly followed to ensure complete isolation of surface contamination between different flavors. With more than 1,000 SKUs of products, very specific methods carefully mastered over the years produce uncontaminated products with sheer superiority.

Mixing uniformity control

After mixing evenly, take samples at different positions to verify the mixing effect. There are 9 positions. The test indicators are as follows:
